Andy joined CBRE at the Microsoft campus early in 2015 as the Senior Director of Account Operations. He oversees Procurement, Contracting, Energy Management & Smart Buildings, Employee Health & Safety, Commute, Warehouse and Furniture Moves.
Previous to CBRE, Andy was the Administrative Director of Support Services at Virginia Mason Medical Center. He managed Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Food & Nutrition, Security, Parking, Courier, Housekeeping, Patient Transport, Sustainability and Environment of Care. His oversight consisted 1.7M sq. ft. of Acute Care Hospital, Clinical and Hotels spread across fourteen facilities. Andy was instrumental to incorporating a centralized procurement model, implementing facility condition assessments and business continuity program. Andy was a driving force for the sustainability program that reduced the carbon footprint, achieved Energy Star Certification, and was on Seattle 2030 District Board.
Prior to Virginia Mason, Andy worked with Compass Group serving Microsoft as the Regional Business Development Manager. His oversight consisted of initiative implementation, contracts/leasing and construction project management. Andy provided the impetus for the Compass Group’s local branded restaurant program, acted as owner’s representative for the Microsoft Commons and incorporated a retail experience in a corporate setting.
