Andrew G. Polunsky

Andrew Polunsky joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. Prior to joining REATA in 2014, Andrew worked at Global Fund Investments where he lead retail project leasing and tenant representation efforts as the Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Director of Leasing. He began his real estate career in San Antonio in 2008 where his outstanding performance and unique market insights helped him advance rapidly at The Weitzman Group.

Andrew’s achievements have been driven by successes at assignments ranging from project leasing at 900,000 SF grocery-anchored centers in Dallas-Fort Worth to land acquisitions in South Texas for oilfield service companies. Andrew specializes in project leasing and currently works on more than 1.7 million square feet of retail space in San Antonio and surrounding areas. His transactional volume has generated over $53 million in total consideration.

Away from the office, Andrew is sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and daughter.
