Andrew Gearhart

Andrew is a retail, office, and mixed-use property specialist who provides a wide array of services to his clients to ensure that every facet of their real estate needs are met. Prior to CBRE, Andrew worked with The Pioneer Companies focusing on mixed use development and office leasing. After Pioneer, Andrew spent over two years working on retail leasing for Benderson Development. His diverse experience with landlord representation, tenant representation and construction provides his clients a unique perspective to getting deals across the finish line in a way that benefits all parties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Urban Studies from The State University of New York, Geneseo
