Professional Experience
Andy Glanzman serves as Chief Executive Officer for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment with responsibility for setting the strategic direction, delivering superior client outcomes, and driving growth across the segment. The REI segment includes Trammell Crow Company—the largest real estate developer in the United States, with a portfolio (in-process and pipeline) exceeding $30 billion—and CBRE Investment Management, the company’s global real assets investment management business with more than $150 billion in AUM.
Mr. Glanzman also serves as Co-CEO and President of CBRE Investment Management, co-chairing the Executive Committee and serving on the investment committees. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s global strategy and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Mr. Glanzman previously served as President of CBRE Investment Management and before that Global Chief Operating Officer of the REI business segment.
He joined CBRE Investment Management in 2010 as Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer for the firm’s credit division.
Before joining the firm, he was an attorney in the Private Investment Fund group at Mayer Brown LLP, where he concentrated his practice on private investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate and securities transactions. He began his career in the industry in 2004.
Mr. Glanzman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
