Andy was Co-Managing Partner of CBRE New England from 1998 until 2018. CBRE New England was a Joint Venture with CBRE and Whittier Partners, with offices in Boston, Hartford, New Haven, Providence and Manchester, New Hampshire. From 1998 – 2018, CBRE New England was consistently recognized as the premier real estate services firm in the markets it served. In 2018, the Joint Venture was sold to CBRE.
Throughout his career, Andy has been fortunate to work alongside a terrific team at CBRE, advising investors on leasing strategies for several of Boston’s premier buildings. He has also worked on a significant number of transformational headquarter requirements with some of Boston’s most prestigious corporations and law firms.
For the past 5 years Andy has worked with a team on the integration of CBRE New England and the Boston office of Transwestern. Today, he serves as Chairman of The Boston Consulting Pool, is a member of the Executive Committee, and continues to work closely with investment and occupier clients.
