Andrew joined CBRE in 2015 and brings more than 23 years of experience advising clients on corporate real estate strategy across global, national, and regional platforms. Andrew is known for delivering thoughtful, strategic solutions that balance cost efficiency with long term flexibility. His work focuses on aligning real estate decisions with broader business objectives, ensuring that occupancy strategies support both immediate operational needs and future growth initiatives.

His areas of expertise include corporate portfolio optimization, lease acquisitions and restructurings, purchase acquisitions, surplus asset dispositions, creative capital structures, municipal incentives, labor analytics, and advising on the real estate implications to the corporate balance sheet.

Throughout his career, Andrew has represented a wide range of companies across office, industrial, and R&D sectors within technology, life sciences, medical device, and biotechnology. His current and former clients include Abbott, Tandem Diabetes Care, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Exact Sciences, Sanofi, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, AMN Healthcare, and other leading life science organizations. Most recently, Andrew closed the largest life science leasing transaction in San Diego’s history, representing Novartis in its long term lease with Alexandria Real Estate Equities.

Andrew is consistently ranked among the top five producers in the San Diego region and was recognized as a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, representing the top 3% companywide, in 2025.
