Based in Singapore, Andrew Hunter has over 10 years of experience driving cross-border capital across all asset classes. Leveraging his extensive experience across Asia, the United Kingdom and Australia, Andrew focuses on client engagement to drive deal distribution and provides essential hotel market intelligence to empower clients in their real estate strategies.
Andrew previously sat on CBRE's Global Capital Markets team as the main point of contact for Singapore, Malaysia and Australian capital, allowing him to be intimately connected with the wider distribution platform. This combined with his strong relationships with key decision makers both at the transaction and executive level ensures the greatest reach across investment, divestment, M&A and strategic advice for his clients.
Prior to CBRE, Andrew worked in real estate private equity in London at Alpha Real Capital, whereby he deployed commercial ground rent funding into operational real estate across both the UK and Europe. He also has previously worked at Citi in their Debt Capital Markets team.
Andrew holds a BA/MA in Management from the Judge Business School (University of Cambridge) and a BCom/BA from the University of Sydney.
