Andrew Jones

Andrew is a Senior Transaction Manager for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. His team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers.

In his role, Andrew provides a wide range of portfolio and transaction support services—including transaction management, client portfolio strategy, portfolio database management, and various benchmarking and performance metrics reports—across the spectrum of client accounts managed by his team.

Prior to his current position, Andrew served as a real estate advisor for a regional economic development agency tasked with advising local communities on initiatives to unlock land for development. His efforts contributed to the relocation and expansion of several multinational companies to the Northern Kentucky region.

Andrew has completed many complex transactions across Asia, Europe, and North America. In addition to transaction management, he has led initiatives to acquire unique industrial assets and has implemented centralized corporate real estate programs in both developed and complex markets. Andrew is regarded as a leader for unique and creative client solutions around merges and acquisitions, property consolidations, and dispositions.

Andrew leverages his diverse professional experiences to ensure that operational goals are realized and real estate costs are mitigated. Andrew has a master’s in real estate from Georgetown University and is a licensed real estate sales associate in Kentucky.
