Andrew Kaplan

Andrew Kaplan is Senior Vice President in the Advisory & Transaction Occupier group at CBRE’s downtown Chicago office. He has focused on developing and implementing real estate strategy primarily in the Chicago Suburban markets. Andrew gives his clients a competitive edge by aligning their real estate strategy with their corporate business goals, and aggressively pursuing the best economics using innovative real estate strategies that empower his clients to achieve key business objectives and long-term success. Working with the Advisory & Transaction Occupier team, he has helped suburban Chicago-based companies with their regional as well as national real estate needs. Andrew is part of a team which completes over 250 transactions annually.

Andrew has been recognized as part of CBRE’s Chicago Circle for three consecutive years, an honor which highlights top performing young producers, and in 2017 was awarded Advisory & Transaction Occupier Rookie of the Year. Since joining the company in 2015, he has become a Senior Vice President in under five years. He is currently CBRE’s youngest Senior Vice President in the Chicago market and one of the youngest to achieve this title throughout CBRE globally.
