Andrew Kaplan

Andrew Kaplan is an Executive Vice President in the Advisory & Transaction Occupier group in CBRE’s Chicago office. He has focused on developing and implementing real estate strategy primarily in the Chicago Suburban markets. Andrew gives his clients a competitive edge by aligning their real estate strategy with their corporate business goals and aggressively pursuing the best economics using innovative real estate strategies that empower his clients to achieve key business objectives and long-term success. Working with the Advisory & Transaction Occupier team, he has helped suburban Chicago-based companies with their regional as well as national real estate needs. Andrew is part of a team which completes over 300 transactions annually and has recently been recognized as the #2 team globally from a production standpoint.

In addition, Andrew is one of the leaders within CBRE’s national Healthcare Occupier Group, where he specializes in advising health systems and healthcare providers across the country on their holistic real estate strategy and implementation. His deep understanding of the healthcare space and its evolving influence on real estate strategy, has made him a trusted partner to many of the country’s leading healthcare institutions. By leveraging this expertise, Andrew helps clients build high-performing ambulatory networks that support better access, improved patient experience, and long-term operational success.

Andrew was recognized as part of CBRE’s Chicago Circle for three consecutive years, an honor which highlights top performing young producers, and in his first year with the firm, was awarded Advisory & Transaction Occupier Rookie of the Year. He is currently CBRE’s youngest Executive Vice President in the Chicago market and one of youngest to achieve this title throughout CBRE globally.
