Based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Andrew Lehner works as a broker in the advisory and transactions group for CBRE and specializes in dispositions, leasing, sales, along with development of retail-like assets throughout the Southwest, mostly in Texas. His clientele includes both institutional & private ownership groups.
Users Andrew has completed transactions with include single-occupier groups such Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Whataburger, Raising Cane’s, Darden, Chase Bank, Bank of America, multiple car washes, and many more. Large format retail users that Andrew has completed transactions with include Target, TJX, Ross, Hobby Lobby, Buc-ee's, Top Golf, and many more.
Since 2020, Andrew has handled the disposition of 125+ vacant free-standing properties, capturing a value of $150,000,000+ for his clients. Additionally, Andrew has been part of ground up large format development projects that include The Village at Allen (Allen, TX), Champions Center (Fort Worth, TX), the Crossroads at Terrell (Terrell, TX), and The Shops at Broad (Mansfield, TX).
Andrew also has extensive experience in land brokerage, leasing and selling land to different use-types such as retail, multifamily, single-family rental, industrial, medical, hospitality, sports complexes, etc.
Andrew is annually one of the top producers for CBRE Retail in Texas. Andrew joined CBRE in 2015 as part of the CBRE acquisition of UCR.
