Andrew Reenders is a Vice President at CBRE in the Honolulu office. Andrew specializes in dispositions of investment properties throughout the state of Hawaii.
Since joining CBRE in 2007, Andrew began leasing office properties in Honolulu’s Central Business District consistently handling over 300,000 square feet of leases annually. His office leasing background has set up the foundation for his Investment sales experience which he now transacts. His responsibilities and experience include performing in-depth market studies, competitive set analysis and assisting in financial analysis. Andrew is continually strategizing solutions to ensure all avenues to a successful outcome are explored to drive value to his clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew worked at the Lansco Corporation in New York City.
