Andrew Riley is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, where he has spent 14 years advising some of the most dynamic companies in the country on their most consequential real estate decisions.
Over his career, Andrew has completed more than $1.4 billion in transactions across 4 million square feet, representing occupiers across life sciences, technology, aerospace & defense, advanced manufacturing, media, and finance. He was ranked in the top 10% of CBRE producers nationally in 2016 and has consistently placed in the top 20% since.
Andrew's focus is tenant representation. He works with high-growth companies and large institutional occupiers alike, helping them navigate lease negotiations, site selection, portfolio optimization, and long-term real estate strategy on a local, regional, national, and global basis. His clients range from venture-backed startups making their first real estate decisions to Fortune 500 companies managing multi-million square foot portfolios.
He has completed transactions in California, Utah, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
Andrew's approach is straightforward: deep market research, sound financial analysis, and a relentless focus on his clients' outcomes. He is known for building long-term relationships, not transactional ones.
Outside of work, Andrew and his wife Teddy ski, travel, and spend time with their Australian Shepherd, Kobe.
