Andrew Slosberg is an Associate Project Manager within the Tri-State Project Management Group based in Stamford, CT. In his current role, Mr. Slosberg assists Project Managers with both occupier and investor representation for capital projects – across a variety of sectors – from conception to close-out. By providing a supporting and lead role on projects, he organizes meetings, manages project coordination, prepares requests for proposals (RFP’s), assists on bid leveling, budgeting and scheduling while ensuring data integrity in all documents.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Project Managers on a variety of projects, including capital improvement, retail, office, industrial, etc. from conception to close-out
  • Preparing proposals, cost estimates, bid leveling, budgets, and schedules while ensuring data integrity in all documentation
  • Project financials including invoice review and cost reporting
  • Document management and file retention
  • Assessing change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk
  • Conducting site visits to ensure contractors and vendors are delivering on quality, schedule, and budget
  • Contributing to creation of project case studies, marketing materials, proposals, and best practice information

Prior to joining the Tri-State Project Management Group, Andrew interned in the Construction Management Department at Reckson, A Division of SL Green, in White Plains, NY for four years.
