Andrew Stoddard, MAI is a Vice President of the Valuation & Advisory Services in the CBRE Greenville Office and Right of Way Practice Leader for the Carolinas. Andrew joined the appraisal profession in 2005 and has experience with a wide variety of properties throughout the southeast. Andrew became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in 2014. He also has over 15 years of experience with eminent domain providing appraisals for easement and right-of-way acquisitions.
