In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Andrew Stone joined CBRE/New England Consulting Group in 2018 and is a Senior Sales Analyst. The team provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing and strategic advisory. With a particular focus on the firm's structured finance service line, he is responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating debt financing.
Andrew brings more than 15 years of experience to his role at CBRE/NE. Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Andrew was a member of Transwestern | RBJ's Capital Markets team, in which he procured over $500 million of real estate debt for his clients. Additionally, he previously held commercial real estate lending roles at Admirals Bank, Salem Five Bank and Anglo Irish Bank.
