Andrew Wilmoth, SIOR, CCIM is a Vice President at CBRE’s Knoxville office. Andrew is an East Tennessee native and has worked in commercial real estate since 2018. He joined CBRE in 2022 as a member of the newly-formed Knoxville office. Andrew specializes in industrial sales and leasing but also has experience in office, net lease, and retail asset classes.
He has been involved in more than 140 transactions totaling $124,000,000+ in value since 2020. He is a designee of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.
Andrew has worked with a wide variety of clients, from local investors to Fortune 100 companies. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
