Andy Leatherman is a Vice Chairman at CBRE, serving as a trusted advisor for major office users. recognized as a leading expert in commercial real estate in the DFW area. With a proven track record, Andy has played a pivotal role in some of North Texas’ largest and most significant office transactions over the past decade.

Before joining CBRE in 2024, Andy was a Senior Managing Director within JLL’s Tenant Representation group. He began his career in 2004 as a broker at The Staubach Company, which was acquired by JLL in 2008.
