Andrew C. Oyler delivers comprehensive commercial real estate brokerage and consultation services to a diverse clientele throughout the Colorado Springs region. With 24 years of experience, Andrew offers a client-focused approach built on integrity, accountability, and deep market knowledge. His expertise encompasses all facets of commercial real estate, including leasing (landlord and tenant representation), acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, sales management, development/ redevelopment, property inspections (due diligence), financial analysis, valuations (Broker Opinion of Value), planning, zoning, marketing, promotion, public relations, and consulting.
Andrew joined CBRE after spending the previous 24 years at Quantum Commercial Group. He has cultivated a strong foundation in the industry and built key relationships, successfully facilitating numerous leases and acquisitions for national and local companies.Prior to joining Quantum Commercial Group, Andrew gained valuable industry experience with an internship at Palmer McAllister, Co., a Frederick Ross Company, while completing his degree in Architecture. His work at the Art C. Klein Construction Company provided a practical understanding of construction, further enhancing his ability to advise clients. Andrew has represented many owners and principals in the growth and expansion of their companies and locations.
