Andy Schmitt is the Managing Director of CBRE’s office sector in the San Francisco East Bay, which includes Oakland, Walnut Creek, Concord, and the Tri-Valley area (San Ramon, Dublin, and Pleasanton).

Since joining CBRE in 2001, Andy has successfully completed thousands of lease and sale transactions. He is part of a team that develops and implements real estate strategies for clients ranging from multi-market, publicly traded firms to local private businesses. His extensive transaction experience and financial expertise have consistently aided clients in mitigating risks and achieving their business objectives. As a result, Andy and the team deliver solutions that enhance employee satisfaction, drive recruitment and retention, and improve workplace experiences.

Raised in Walnut Creek, Andy graduated from UC Santa Barbara before beginning his career with CBRE. He currently resides in the East Bay with his family.
