Angus Scott

Angus came to CBRE through the 2013 acquisition of The CAC Group, where he was a Principal. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Angus is one of San Francisco's most respected and prolific brokers. His clients include several of the largest and most prominent global real estate investors and firms. His strategic guidance and ability to execute difficult assignments are great assets to his clients.

Angus' portfolio includes both tenant and landlord representation. He has formed long standing relationships with tenants he has represented, including Square Trade, Intrax, Farallon Capital Management, Hall Capital Management, Alibaba Inc, and Grosvenor.

Angus’ current clients include, Vornado Realty Trust, the owner of 555 California Street; Boston Properties at the newly built 535 Mission Street as well as the iconic Salesforce Tower at 415 Mission Street; Commonwealth Partners at 560 Mission Street.

Angus has the distinction of having completed the some of the largest leases in San Francisco. He recently represented Boston Properties and Hines during Salesforce.com’s 715,000 sq. ft. lease at Salesforce Tower (415 Mission Street) – the largest lease in San Francisco history.

Angus is a graduate of Harrow School in the U.K. He supports several organizations and charities, including the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco, Tusk USA and National Geographic Society.
