Ann Barrett

Ms. Barrett’s primary focus is servicing CBRE corporate clients on a global basis. She is responsible for financial and strategic analysis of real estate acquisition and disposition transactions on behalf of her clients. Ann is a critical member of the CBRE Transaction & Advisory Services team. She works on lease administration for several clients, including the development and customization for each client's distinct portfolio followed by continued assurance of accuracy and ongoing tracking of critical dates. She manages real estate processes on a global basis from initial search through lease execution. Ann is valued for her attention to detail, her financial analysis capabilities and her dedication to clients. Ann started at CBRE in 2003. She previously worked at Tyco International and McLeodUSA.
