Professional Experience
Ann Rossini serves as Transaction Manager for the Public Institutions and Education Solutions group in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Rossini offers more than ten years of commercial real estate experience for public and private entities. Ms. Rossini supports the State of Florida account by facilitating and managing the execution of lease and disposition transactions throughout the State. In this capacity, Ms. Rossini acts as the liaison between State agencies and CBRE sales professionals to ensure Agency missions and objectives are fulfilled through their space needs and disposition goals. Ms. Rossini also supports CBRE marketing and business development efforts by preparing and producing customized and compliant response for proposal packages.
Prior to her Transaction Manager role, Ms. Rossini worked as Client Services Specialist for the CBRE Orlando Brokerage team where she managed the marketing efforts for the team. Her responsibilities included property showings, preparing marketing materials, client reporting, coordinating transaction activity, creating financial analyses, reviewing lease documents in detail, performing research, and completing special projects. Prior to this role, Ann was the Information Management Coordinator for the CBRE Orlando office. In this capacity, she was directly responsible for overseeing the collection, assimilation, analysis and reporting of local office properties on a quarterly basis.
In addition to Ms. Rossini’s experience with CBRE, she has served as a secondary and post-secondary Business Education teacher in Arkansas. She has also held the position of Accounting Supervisor, in addition to serving in the role of Administrative Assistant to executives in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Florida.
