Anna Nguyen is an Associate in the Occupier Services Practice Group of CBRE, Inc. where she helps organizations align real estate decisions with business goals and objectives. Anna specializes in advising clients with opportunity identification, site selection, and negotiations.
Prior to joining the Occupier Services Practice Group, Anna spent two years with U.S. Bank as a Product Manager. She focused on project management work, overseeing the ATM initiative project. Additionally, she streamlined cumbersome processes to enhance efficiency. As a supplementary task, she independently created visual decks for IT upper management.

She curates an environment where all individuals feel challenged in an empowering manner, fostering a sense of strength and capability. Along with that, she develops new playlists and workout formats on a weekly basis. - St. Anne & St. Joseph Hien – Volunteer Teacher Assistant
St. Anne & St. Joseph Hien is a Vietnamese Catholic Church located in Minneapolis, Minnesota that offers a Sunday School Program for Vietnamese students. Anna assists the confirmation class in preparation for the sacrament of confirmation. A significant part of her role involves connecting with the kids to understand their needs to ensure no child is left behind feeling alone. In addition, a part of her time is dedicated to the planning and logistics team for their 3-day retreat. As of 2024, she has been entrusted with leading the planning and logistics team. - St. Anne & St. Joseph Hien – Youth Group Leader
St. Anne & St. Joseph Hien is a Vietnamese Catholic Church located in Minneapolis, Minnesota that offers a Youth Group Program for Vietnamese students. She teaches youth about the Vietnamese culture and Catholic religion, interacting weekly with 100 children aged five to eighteen while fostering an engaging learning environment. Currently, her focus is working with kids between the ages of five to ten.
