Annalore Rodman specializes in office tenant representation, guiding companies through the full spectrum of leasing decisions — from initial strategy through final negotiation — across Portland’s CBD and suburban markets. With 15 years of experience and more than 3 million square feet of transactions, she brings deep market knowledge and a detail-oriented approach that consistently delivers favorable outcomes for her clients.
Annalore’s practice is built on a simple conviction: the best real estate decisions start with understanding the business behind them. She takes the time to learn what her clients actually need — not just square footage and price per foot, but where they’re headed and what’s at stake — and advocates with integrity at every step of the process.
In addition to her focus on advising companies on their office space needs, Annalore works with a select group of local and institutional owners on the strategic lease-up of their assets. This dual perspective — understanding both what tenants need and what landlords are working toward — gives her clients a meaningful advantage at the negotiating table.
Prior to joining CBRE, Annalore spent a decade at JLL and four years at Cresa, where she honed her expertise in occupier advisory and built a reputation as a trusted advisor in Portland’s close-knit commercial real estate community.
An Oregon native, Annalore is deeply invested in the health and vitality of Portland — as a market, a community, and a place to build a business. Outside the office, she is active on the St. Thomas More PTO Board and spends her weekends cheering on her two boys at sporting events and working in her garden.
