Anne Marie Cecconi specializes in both office and retail leasing in the San Francisco Bay Area with a primary focus on Landlord representation. Anne Marie’s leasing expertise is among various San Francisco and East Bay office buildings owned and managed by some of the top institutional ownership groups. Anne Marie has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, she began her leasing career in 2009 at Johnson Hoke, a San Francisco based boutique brokerage firm specializing in retail leasing and consulting which was acquired by Colliers International in 2010.
Anne Marie is recognized for being fluent in the language of leasing transactions and possesses a comprehensive understanding of Bay Area commercial real estate. She has a uniquely discerning eye for retail research and merchandising and is known for deep diving into current market and performance trends to create optimal leasing strategies and deal recommendations.
Anne Marie has worked on retail and office leasing assignments in numerous San Francisco and Oakland/East Bay commercial buildings. Some of her current clients include Boston Properties, Gaw Capital, Harvest Properties, Tidewater, Prologis, Pacific Oak and Starwood. For the last 10 years Anne Marie has been the exclusive retail leasing agent for Embarcadero Center, a major retail assignment in downtown San Francisco consisting of 3 million square feet of office space and 300,000 square feet of retail space. She’s worked alongside the senior professionals at Boston Properties to implement creative leasing and marketing strategies and improve the ever-changing merchandising mix.
Throughout her career she has been known for her excellent communication and presentation skills and her ability to display empathy and understanding of client needs. She has cultivated strong broker and client relationships and can effectively communicate with diverse internal and external groups.
