Anne Johnson

Anne Johnson began her brokerage career with CBRE in 1989. Since then, Ms. Johnson’s focus has been on a successful balance between tenant representation and listings on manufacturing, bulk distribution, and office and warehouse space. Ms. Johnson is one of the most active brokers in the Carolinas, typically participating in over 75 transactions per year. She is also one of Charlotte’s most experienced and knowledgeable brokers, which enables her to achieve significant results for her clients. Prior to retiring from competition, Ms. Johnson was consistently recognized by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors as one of Charlotte’s top brokers, including the region’s top industrial producer for 1999, 2007, 2013 and 2015, the second highest industrial producer in 1996, 1997, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014, 2017, 2019, and 2021 and the third highest industrial producer in 2006 and 2016. Ms. Johnson was also recognized as the region’s second highest investment producer in 2006 and the third highest investment producer in 2008 and 2009. She has been a Gold/Platinum Award Recipient (highest level producer) every year since 1995. She has also been recognized by the Charlotte Business Journals one of the top business women in the Charlotte area.
