Anthony LiVecchi is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Philadelphia office and has acted as a real estate consultant and tenant representative since 2004. Anthony specializes primarily in representing, corporations and law firms with operations in Philadelphia, as well as select global accounts. In addition, he has represented trophy office buildings in Philadelphia on behalf of the most sophisticated landlords.
Anthony’s thorough and extensive knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market has enabled him to complete over 700 lease transactions totaling more than 10+ million sq. ft. with aggregate rent commitments more than $3 billion.
Major projects have included lease acquisitions and dispositions for law firms, financial services firms, media, and Fortune 500 Companies, AM 200 firms, multi-market relocations, lease auditing and strategic development, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals. Though his career, Anthony has cultivated exclusive and long-term relationships with local owners, developers and corporate clients.
