Anthony S. Manginelli is a Senior Vice President at CBRE (NYSE: CBRE), the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Based in Manhattan, Anthony partners with clients to develop multi-faceted real estate strategies across the globe. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has established himself as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to institutional investors and world-class developers.
In his role at CBRE, Anthony draws on deep market expertise and curates the full breadth of the firm’s service lines to deliver tailored solutions. His responsibilities include domestic and international transaction management, portfolio optimization, and strategic oversight for organizations as they refine their real estate obligations and corporate occupancy strategy. In addition to his occupier work, he was a key member of the team representing Related Companies, Oxford Properties, and Mitsui Fudosan during the lease-up at Hudson Yards, the largest private development in U.S. history. Anthony also represents prominent landlords, including Elecor Properties (1633 Broadway - 2.5 MSF) and BGO (685 Third Avenue - 715 KSF), as they reposition marquee assets in Manhattan.
Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, where he graduated cum laude. He is an Executive MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, where he is a member of the Class of 2027 and a recipient of the Executive Promise Fellowship. He is active in several industry organizations, including the Real Estate Board of New York, where he served as Co-Chair of the Midtown West Penn Plaza Committee (2021 - 2023). Anthony regularly participates in thought leadership events and panels, sharing insights on the trends shaping the future of commercial real estate. Outside of his work with CBRE, he is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and giving back to the community. Since 2015, he has been actively involved with the Melanoma Research Foundation, serving as a Co-Chair and Committee Member and helping the MRF raise funds in the fight against skin cancer.
Anthony resides in NJ with his wife, their two sons, and their puppy. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving with the goal of exploring shipwrecks worldwide. Some of his recent dives have included the USS Spiegel Grove (Key Largo, FL), Stolt Dagali (Point Pleasant, NJ), and the S.S. Mohawk (Point Pleasant, NJ).
