Anthony Manginelli joined CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office in May 2015 and focuses on both landlord and tenant representation. In his role as First Vice President, he is responsible for all aspects of account and transaction management, partnering with his clients to develop multi-faceted real estate strategies across the globe. Whether orchestrating occupancy initiatives or working to enhance the value of an asset, Anthony is a passionate advocate wherever his clients may need him.
In January 2018, Anthony joined the team working on Hudson Yards—the largest private development in U.S. history—representing Related Companies, Oxford Properties, and Mitsui Fudosan. He has contributed to numerous transactions spanning across three towers at the project including 10 Hudson Yards (1.8 MSF), 50 Hudson Yards (2.9 MSF), and 55 Hudson Yards (1.3 MSF).
Anthony attended Rutgers University where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. Anthony is actively involved in his community as a Co-Chair and Committee Member for the Melanoma Research Foundation. Since his involvement in the organization, he has helped the MRF raise funds to tackle the fight against skin cancer. He is also a former wrestler and Taekwondo instructor, earning both a national championship title and black belt, respectively.
Anthony currently resides in Hoboken, NJ with his fiancée Carly and puppy Luna. In his free time, he is an avid scuba diver with the goal of exploring shipwrecks across the globe.
