Anthony Podesta is a member of the Advisory & Transaction Services, representing companies throughout the Silicon Valley ranging from high growth technology start-ups looking for their first facilities as well as a wide range of established corporations. A San Jose native, he brings an extensive knowledge of the market and applies a creative approach to occupancy strategy to simplify the real estate process for his clients, providing an in-depth analysis of each client’s business objectives and keeping their needs at the forefront. Since joining CBRE in 2015, Anthony has completed over 25 tenant representation deals for a total of 180,000 square feet.
Prior to joining CBRE, Anthony provided finance and sales management services for Ford Motor Company. Prior to that role, Anthony served as an Associate at Hudson Jones Commercial Real Estate, working on the planning, development and sales of over 175 condominium units within the Silicon Valley.
