Anto Keshgegian joined CBRE as an Associate in May 2025, bringing several years of retail real estate experience from the ownership side of the business. Prior to CBRE, Anto held leasing roles at Brixmor Property Group and Bridge33 Capital, where he was responsible for driving leasing activity across portfolios throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
During his time on the landlord side, Anto worked on a range of value-add and core retail assets, leading new leasing and renewal efforts at high-traffic properties including Roosevelt Mall in Philadelphia, Dickson City and Wilkes-Barre, and key shopping centers in Marlton and Cinnaminson, New Jersey.
With a strong foundation in landlord representation, Anto brings a well-rounded understanding of the retail real estate landscape, from ownership strategy to market execution. He now leverages that experience to support both landlords and tenants in identifying opportunities and creating value across suburban and urban markets in the region.
A Philadelphia native, Anto earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University and his master’s from Drexel University, where he was also a student-athlete. He remains active in the local real estate community as a member of the Drexel Alumni Real Estate Group.
