Antoinette David

Antoinette (Toni) David leads the Healthcare Lease Administration Teams for both the Tenet Health and the CHRISTUS Health accounts in Dallas, Texas. As the lead, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of these operations including lease abstraction, data validation, billing and collecting of rents, assisting with rents payable, financial integration, client reporting and account compliance. In particular, Ms. David ensures that her teams perform in accordance with CBRE best practices ensuring separation of duties, quality control checks, timely updating of the database and posting of financial entries within established CBRE timeframes. Also being in the healthcare arena, her teams operate in a manner to help mitigate compliance risk and ensure compliance with federal Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. With a primary focus on recruiting and retaining the best talent in order to provide her client’s with accurate and timely data, Ms. David and her teams have provided outstanding customer service ensuring their client’s satisfaction.

Ms. David joined CBRE in 2012 as Senior Accountant on the Baylor Health Care System account. She also has worked as the Senior Compliance Analyst for Portfolio Services at the Memphis COE until assuming her roles in Dallas in May 2014.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. David owned and operated the Cordova Athletic Club. She was the CEO/CFO for five years and the CFO for the previous nine years. She managed a staff of over 100 employees including five department managers that provided services to over 5,000 members.
