Antonio Lopez joined CBRE in 2026 and currently serves as a Research Analyst for the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group in Denver, CO. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts), and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.
Antonio is a Research Analyst responsible for market research and analytical assignments for business development and special projects.
Prior to joining the Healthcare Capital Markets Group, Antonio studied at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree. While still actively pursuing his degree, his relevant coursework includes statistics, macroeconomics and computing. Antonio is a current business student with three years of customer service and cash-handling experience in a fast-paced environment at a national food chain, where he was promoted four times within three years for strong performance and reliability. He is experienced in handling transactions, meeting sales goals and trained new associates on customer service standards and daily procedures. Antonio is bilingual in English and Spanish.
