Anuj Kadyan joined CBRE in May 2026 as Chief Technology & Transformation Officer.
Mr. Kadyan has a deep background in technology, transformation and strategy, which he leverages to help CBRE differentiate its products, increase operational efficiency and drive growth and great client outcomes. The leaders of CBRE’s Digital & Technology, Transformation and Strategy functions report to Anuj.
He joined CBRE after 17 years at McKinsey & Company, where he rose to senior partner and co-leader of the Technology Services practice. At McKinsey, he advised the world's leading AI, cloud and technology companies on their core strategies, M&A, and go-to-market and operations transformations. He also led large-scale technology and AI transformations for major companies in other industries.
Mr. Kadyan has extensive global experience, having worked for McKinsey in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He previously led the Telecom, Media & Tech Practice for McKinsey India and was the managing partner for the Gurugram/Delhi office.
