April Rodgers

April Rodgers is a Real Estate Manager at CBRE, Inc. with nine years tenure, responsible for leasing four medical office buildings at three hospitals in Orange County / Los Angeles for Tenet Healthcare. Her primary focus areas are transaction management and negotiations, monthly accounting and detailed client reporting, including monthly variance comments, accruals, operations reports, budget preparation, client and tenant relations, property inspections and project management.

She relocated from Denver to the Orange County Market, in April 2012, during which she assisted in managing 705,000 SF of low-rise Class-A office and 1.9 million SF of industrial assets for Bentall Kennedy and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors in Orange County, Inland Empire and the South Bay. A success of Ms. Rodgers’ was leading the due diligence process for two client transaction acquisitions valued at $59,000,000 and $55,000,000. In 2012, she won team player of the year for the LA / OC Market. In 2014, she negotiated 38 lease contracts.

Starting in 2010, Ms. Rodgers worked on 585,000 SF of high-rise office assets located in Downtown Denver, where she provided the day-to-day property management services and staff oversight and supervision. She also was responsible for the accounting, preparation of annual budgets and reporting, the collection and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconciliations of lease rent and CAM recovery charges. Additionally, she coordinated tenant move-ins and move-outs and vendor management. Ms. Rodgers has managed over $1.5 million in Tenant Improvements and Common Area remodel projects. She has a proven track record of reducing receivable delinquencies and is successful with vendor contract negotiations. She is particularly effective at building and maintaining positive relations with clients, tenants and vendors.

Ms. Rodgers joined CBRE in 2007, as a Real Estate Services Administrator for four medical office buildings measuring approximately 365,000 SF where she supported the day-to-day operations. She assisted the Global Corporate Services Vice President in portfolio budget planning comprised of 36 buildings, located in three states and measuring over 2.1 million SF.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Rodgers was an Operations Manager at the Northern Colorado Medical Center, where she supervised over 65 employees and acted as the point of contact for hospital environmental services staffing needs.
