April Sewell is a Senior Valuation Associate working towards her MAI Designation. She is in the Valuation & Advisory Services group’s West Des Moines office in the Upper Midwest Region. Prior to joining CBRE in 2012, Ms. Sewell worked at Nationwide Insurance Company and Principal Financial Group. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in May 2011 with a Real Estate and a Finance Degree.
Ms. Sewell has appraisal experience with a wide variety of property types including industrial, multi-family, retail, offices, medical offices, multi-family HUD, big box retail, and other special purpose properties. Her clients include financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners, and special servicers. Primary geographical focus is in Iowa as well as southern Minnesota and eastern South Dakota.
