Ariel Aber is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s Investment Properties group in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office. Ariel’s focus is on sourcing and executing transactions for commercial assets across New York City.
Most recently, Ariel was head of New York investments at DivcoWest for seven years. During his time at Divco, Ariel built up the firm’s New York presence with the acquisitions of 540 Madison Avenue and the Press Building, as well as the purchase of 325 Hudson Street.
Before joining Divcowest in 2018, Ariel was Senior Vice President and Director of Real Estate for AmTrust Financial, a Fortune 500 company in New York City. He oversaw all real estate operations, including the acquisition and management of properties totaling one million square feet globally. Before this, Ariel was the Global Head of Asset Management for AmTrust Realty, a privately-held real estate company.
Ariel received a Bachelor of Talmudic Law from Sharr HaTorah in Queens, NY.
