Arien has been nationally recognized by CBRE and clients for his professional accomplishments and his philanthropic efforts within the company and his community.
His extensive professional experience includes tenant representation, leasing, sales, built-to-suit, land disposition, strategic planning, and consulting for Fortune 500 companies on both a national and local basis. Over the past ten years, he has partnered with many companies throughout the country delivering world-class outcomes.
Prior to joining CBRE, Arien served as Managing Broker for Units of America, a full service commercial real estate firm in Dallas-Fort Worth.
