Arpan is a Solutions Leader in the Americas Consulting business, based out of CBRE’s Global HQ in Dallas. He is responsible for business development and integration of core Consulting practices that include Labor and Location Strategies, Portfolio Optimization, Workplace Consulting, Site Selection & Location Intelligence. In addition, Arpan leads the Consulting business for CBRE’s Data Centers Solutions in the Americas integrating this with counterparts across EMEA and Asia Pacific. His mandate is to diagnose business challenges faced by Corporate clients and assemble integrated delivery teams across CBRE’s Global consulting and local market experts to deliver ‘world-class’ solutions.
In his prior role with CBRE in Singapore, Arpan led the Occupier Consulting business across Asia Pacific. In partnership with CBRE’s global knowledge and consulting hubs, Arpan delivered unrivalled expertise in Data centers, Portfolio strategies, and Labor & Location analytics.
With over 18 years of experience serving a broad spectrum of corporate clients, Arpan thrives on decoding complexities that arise from growth opportunities or portfolio rebalancing needs including entering new markets, disposition of assets, or negotiating with local authorities to understand nuances that can impact cost savings and profitability.
In his previous roles, Arpan had successfully implemented portfolio master-planning and optimization studies, right-shoring strategies, city-level portfolio plans and benchmarking exercises across Asia Pacific and the Middle East region.
