Ashley Caires

Ashley Caires is a Senior Associate with CBRE Hawaii, specializing in industrial and retail real estate throughout the State of Hawaii. Ashley represents property owners, investors, and occupiers in leasing, acquisition, disposition, and advisory assignments, helping clients identify strategic opportunities and achieve their real estate objectives.

Born and raised in Hawaii, Ashley brings a deep appreciation for the local business community and the relationships that drive Hawaii's commercial real estate market. Her understanding of the state's unique economic landscape, combined with CBRE's global platform, allows her to provide clients with both local insight and world-class real estate advisory services.

Ashley brings a unique combination of commercial real estate, asset and management, operations, and client advisory experience. Prior to joining CBRE, she served as a Management Executive with Hawaiiana Management Company, where she managed multiple residential and commercial mixed-use communities throughout Oahu. In this role, she oversaw multimillion dollar budgets, coordinated capital improvement projects, negotiated vendor contracts, and advised boards of directors on governance, operations, and financial planning. Through this experience, Ashley developed a strong understanding of ownership objectives, property performance, and asset management strategies.

Before entering commercial real estate brokerage, Ashley held leadership and operational positions with KYA, Inc., the State of Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, the Office of the Governor and YWCA Oahu. These roles provided extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, contract administration, business development, project coordination, and executive-level communication.

Today, Ashley focuses on industrial and retail brokerage assignments across Hawaii and is actively involved in representing owners and occupiers in a variety of leasing and disposition opportunities. Her ability to combine operational expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-driven service enables her to provide clients with practical and strategic real estate solutions.
