Ashley Parrillo is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Philadelphia office. Ashley focuses her efforts on representing landlords and tenants in the Piladelphia region as well as nationally. She specializes in providing tenants with expertise regarding strategy development, financial analysis, site selection and transaction management. Ashely services owners and landlords with marketing expertise and insight to maximize their return on investment while securing new tenants, retaining existing tenants, and maximizing the value of asset to meet the goals of the owners exit strategy. With experience on both the Landlord and Tenant sides of the transaction, Ashley is able to provide clients ith unique insight from both the owner and tenant perspectives.
Education and Pro Affiliations
- Ashley attended Saint Josephs University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in both Accounting and Finance and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania. She serves on the Board of Directions for Graduate Philadelphia whose mission is to help adult learners in the Philadelphia region get access to the resources they need to attain a higher education degree.
