Ashley Parrillo is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Philadelphia office. Ashley focuses her efforts on representing office tenants in both the Philadelphia region and globally. She specializes in providing tenants with expertise regarding strategy development, financial analysis, site selection, transaction management and overall workplace strategy.
Ashley spent the first half of her career also advising office owners which allows her to bring a unique and comprehensive approach to tenant representation strategy. Her extensive experience on both sides of the transaction equips her with a deep understanding of the leasing process, enabling her to craft tailored solutions that meet her tenant representation clients' specific needs.
Ashley's commitment to excellence and her strategic insights have established her as a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate industry. She’s completed over 3 million square feet of transactions with an estimated transaction value of more than $700 million.
Ashley resides in Plymouth Meeting, PA with her wife, son and dog.
