Ashley Thomas is a Strategy & Business Development Director for CBRE’s Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions group, which provides fully integrated real estate fund and property accounting and administration services to developers, asset managers and investment managers, globally. Ashley pairs her deep knowledge of real estate and accounting to create customized solutions for clients in an effort to optimize their operations and create an outsourcing model that best suits their strategic objectives, allowing them to focus on competitive investment activities that drive value for investors.
Ashley is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In her role she is responsible for driving business development efforts in the U.S, this includes marketing our services to new and existing clients, creating market awareness, helping to support clients in navigating our CBRE enterprise – connecting them across CBRE’s vast business lines and geographies, and support client onboarding efforts.
Ashley began working for CBRE in February 2007. She has held a variety of roles within the company, including managing a team of accounting professionals and acting as a client account leader for many of our strategic account clients.
