Ashu Kaushal is a Managing Director in CBRE Americas Consulting, where she helps organizations translate business strategy into clear, scalable real estate and operating models. With more than 20 years of global consulting experience across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC, Ashu partners with senior leaders to align corporate real estate functions to enterprise priorities, improve execution, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Ashu’s expertise spans CRE operating model design, organizational development, change management, and mergers and acquisitions. She works with clients to simplify and modernize CRE organizations, develop real estate policies and governance frameworks, and assess the maturity of real estate functions to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities. In parallel, Ashu has supported numerous clients across their M&A journeys, including both acquisitions and dispositions, and has served as an Integration Management Office (IMO) lead for CBRE’s own M&A activities, bringing a practitioner’s perspective to organizational and operational integration.
Ashu has worked with organizations across the globe spanning diverse sectors including financial services, life sciences, healthcare, industrial and logistics, technology, consumer goods, and energy. Her experience advising complex, multinational organizations enables her to bring cross‑industry best practices to help clients strengthen CRE strategy, governance, and organizational effectiveness.
