Ashu Kaushal is a Managing Director in CBRE's Organizational Change & Transformation practice, where she helps organizations translate business strategy into effective real estate operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks. With more than 20 years of global consulting experience across North America, EMEA, and APAC, Ashu advises senior leaders on complex challenges driven by transformation, mergers and acquisitions, growth, and cost optimization initiatives. Her expertise spans corporate real estate strategy, operating model design, organizational development, governance, change management, and transaction-related transformation.
Throughout her career, Ashu has partnered with corporate real estate leaders across financial services, healthcare, life sciences, technology, industrial, consumer goods, and energy sectors. She helps organizations align structure, talent, processes, and governance to business objectives, improving agility, accountability, and operational effectiveness. Prior to joining the Organizational Change & Transformation practice, Ashu held leadership roles across consulting, global accounts, and corporate M&A, including serving as an Integration Management Office lead for CBRE's acquisitions.
Today, Ashu works with executive leadership teams on large-scale transformation, organizational redesign, and M&A-related initiatives. Her current work includes helping a leading North American financial institution enhance the effectiveness of its global real estate organization through operating model redesign, governance modernization, capability development, and leadership alignment. She also advises clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate separations, helping real estate teams address integration planning, retained organization design, transition services, and business continuity challenges. Ashu is known for helping leaders bring clarity to complex decisions and translate strategy into practical, sustainable outcomes.
