Audrey Frey

Audrey Frey is Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE's South Carolina business. In this role, she oversees business operations and drives the market’s growth strategy for all Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management for CBRE's Charleston, Columbia, and Greenville offices.

Before being appointed Market Leader, Audrey served in various leadership roles at CBRE, including Managing Director and Occupier Leader in Atlanta, and most recently as U.S. East Region Leader for the Broker Operating Platform within Advisory Services. In that role, she successfully developed and scaled several platform resources to help CBRE brokers operate more efficiently and win more business.

With more than 25 years of experience, Audrey has a passion for mentoring and growing the next generation of real estate professionals. She has served in leadership roles within Atlanta’s Commercial Real Estate Women chapter, also known as CREW, and has served as a Director on the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where she chaired the Diversity Committee.
