Austin Fairbourn is Senior Vice President and Leader of U.S. Investor Coverage in CBRE’s Client Office. In this role, Austin and her team partner with CBRE’s largest investor clients to understand their needs deeply and connect them to CBRE’s capabilities across the company’s business segments. She oversees engagement across lines of business and geographies to drive exceptional client outcomes.
Austin has held roles in business development and leadership in her 20+ years with CBRE. Most recently, as a Client Care Global Account Executive, Austin led global oversight and account management of several top investor clients. Previously, Austin led business development efforts for the firm’s Premier Properties initiative, focused on growing office leasing and property management, inclusive of 90 million square feet of growth in the U.S.
Austin began her career with CBRE in office leasing and multi-market transaction management, completing 2 million square feet of transactions for clients in the United States.
She earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
