Austin Fairbourn

Austin Fairbourn is a Global Account Executive for CBRE’s Client Care program. In this role, Austin is responsible for the global oversight and account management of several of CBRE’s top investor clients. Austin partners with her clients to identify their key global strategic priorities and goals and then works across CBRE’s business lines and global geographies to ensure execution and exceptional client outcomes.

During her 17-year tenure with the company, Austin has held multiple roles with the firm. Prior to joining the Global Client Care team, Austin led business development efforts for the firm’s Premier Properties initiative nationwide focusing on strategies and best practices for office leasing and property management. In this role, Austin was involved in the pursuit and award of more than 90 million square feet of significant office properties.

Austin began her career with CBRE in office leasing and multi-market tenant representation where she was responsible for account management, asset management, business development, project leasing and strategic planning. During these first 10 years, she completed 2 million square feet of transactions for investor clients in the United States.
