Austin Hinder joined CBRE specializing in the acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of industrial and flex properties along the 880 Corridor the greater San Francisco Bay Area, and throughout the U.S. In addition to his local agency and occupier expertise, Austin has worked with a variety of notable companies on their national multi-market expansion. His work ethic and extensive knowledge of the industrial market has allowed him to advise a variety of companies and owners varying from national credit accounts to local start-ups with their real estate strategy and complex simultaneous expansions throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining CBRE, Austin was a Division I Quarterback at the University of California, Berkeley for five seasons. After Berkeley he attended the University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain where he continued his education in Business. Austin is a member of the Big C Society and a member of Grid Club, a group of Cal Alum and supporters. He is originally from Steamboat Springs, Colorado and enjoys sports, traveling, and networking.
