He specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and flex properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and represents occupier clients on a national basis as their real estate needs expand across the country.
Austin has been involved in over $1.3 billion in transactions totaling nearly 9 million square feet. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing start-ups, each relying on his market knowledge and expertise to guide their real estate strategy.
Before joining CBRE, Austin was a Division I quarterback at the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his degree before continuing his studies in business at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. He is originally from Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
