Austin Nagy is a Senior Vice President with CBRE | Raleigh’s Advisory & Transaction Services, Industrial & Logistics Team.  He is responsible for handling sale and lease transactions, representing both the owners and users in Raleigh-Durham and Eastern North Carolina markets.

The CBRE | Raleigh Industrial & Logistics team has over 100 years of combined commercial real estate experience and has established themselves as one of the premier advisory and transaction services providers for industrial clients in the Raleigh Durham and Eastern North Carolina markets. Since 2015, the Industrial & Logistics team has been responsible for the sale and lease of over 16.7 Million SF and totaling $613.3 Million in value.

Austin joined CBRE | Raleigh in 2017 and is an integral member of the Industrial & Logistics team focusing on the sales and leasing of manufacturing, warehouse and flex product types, handling all aspects of the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation process. He is directly involved in the day-to-day leasing and strategic marketing activities of project leasing and representative transactions with landlords of industrial properties, along with providing tailored creative solutions for occupiers, and has an extensive track record of successful campaign leadership.

Recent significant leasing transactions include 103,920 SF with Highland Cabinetry, 46,080 SF with Trade Venture Stone, 93,685 SF with Nugget Comfort LLC, and 56,000 SF with 3Shape manufacturing. Significant sales transactions include a $4,000,000 three-building Mountcastle portfolio in Raleigh, Durham, and Greenville, and a $5,025,000 two-building portfolio at 2820 & 2930 Yonkers Road in Raleigh.

Prior to joining CBRE, Austin gained valuable sales experience as a Sales Development Representative with Phreesia, a large medical software development firm.  In addition, Austin’s real estate experience began during his internship with Dewitt Carolinas, where he assisted in the day-to-day activities of commercial real estate.
