Austin Poole joined CBRE in April 2023. He brings expertise in the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment assets, catering to both private and institutional clients. Additionally, Austin assists companies in optimizing their capital by monetizing owned properties through strategic sale-leaseback transactions. While his primary focus is on expanding the industrial investment market across Wisconsin, he also plays a crucial role in the industrial team with executing leasing requirements (representing both tenants and landlords), development initiatives, and providing insightful consulting.
Before CBRE, Austin worked on an investment team at Marcus & Millichap as a financial analyst for retail, student housing, and office assets. His roles included underwriting and pricing properties, offering memorandum & broker opinion of value creation, escrow management, and lease abstracting.
