Avery Kay is a valued member of the Rob Waller and Patrick Amos team, specializing in creative, entertainment, new-media, and studio-related leasing and sales. Her strategic contributions span marketing execution, operational optimization, and client service, helping drive results for some of the industry’s most innovative occupiers and owners.
Avery plays a lead role in supporting key accounts. Her oversight includes client deliverables and reporting, transaction execution, and strategic planning across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and value creation at scale.
Her background includes experience on CBRE’s Private Equity Advisory team, where she supported complex investment strategies, and with the Sales Management team, where she gained foundational insight into brokerage operations and client engagement.
Avery holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. A San Diego native, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and playing pickleball. Avery is also dedicated to giving back to the community, serving as a volunteer tennis coach for Sports for Exceptional Athletes since 2016.
