B Barnett is a Sr. Project Manager for the Austin and San Antonio markets. She has over a decade of commercial project management experience in areas including strategic planning, scheduling, interior finish out, restacks and some ground up construction. Prior to her experience in the commercial sector, B held roles in the residential real estate market, and managed the construction of temporary displays/interactive constructs across the country for Fairlife Coca Cola. This was integral in her development to prioritize open communication and expediency for all of her projects B actively participated in over 4 million square feet of space consisting of: legal office, business office, industrial, medical office space, distribution, data center and wellness.

B manages a variety of projects and functions as a key liaison between building owners, clients, consultants and brokers to ensure client satisfaction, on budget delivery and superior customer service. B is closely involved with the projects from the early planning stages and pre-construction activities through occupancy including budgeting, schedule development, design, contractor selection, construction oversight, furniture and client vendor coordination.

Prior to B’s experience with CBRE, she held several roles in real estate and construction of temporary displays across the country. This gives B her insight into a client’s operational demands with expediency and effectiveness.
