Barry Harvill

Barry Harvill is a Vice President of Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) within the Southeast Region in the Birmingham, Alabama office. Mr. Harvill has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience that spans the disciplines of development, finance, valuation and consulting services. Currently, Mr. Harvill serves as a team leader for the Birmingham VAS office. In this role, he is responsible for growing the appraisal business across all property types throughout Alabama and Mississippi, managing and retaining clients, and overseeing a team of appraisers and support staff.

Located in the Birmingham office since 2005, Mr. Harvill’s appraisals and consultations have encompassed all types of commercial properties. Additionally, his service offerings include real estate portfolio valuations, financial reporting, estate planning, highest and best use analysis, tax analysis, financing, litigation support, sale-leasebacks, and insurable value studies. He is the local practice leader for all multifamily assignments.
